THE ALMIGHTY: Upcoming Anthology To Feature Liner Notes From IRON MAIDEN Bassist

Reactivated rockers THE ALMIGHTY will issue their first-ever comprehensive career retrospective, entitled "Anth'f**ing'ology (The Gospel According To...)", in CD/DVD format on January 29, 2007 via Sanctuary/Castle. The set will include all of the band's thirteen U.K. singles plus bonus tracks taken from all of its seven studio albums to date. The DVD features all the promo videos for all the singles.

THE ALMIGHTY has been involved in every step of this release, from the artwork to the track selection down to sleeve notes from Dave Ling (Classic Rock magazine) and Steve Harris (IRON MAIDEN bassist).

THE ALMIGHTY will embark on a U.K. tour in December. The dates are as follows:

Dec. 26 - Rock City - Nottingham, UK
Dec. 27 - Shepherd's Bush Empire - London, UK
Dec. 28 - Corporation - Sheffield, UK
Dec. 29 - Academy - Newcastle, UK
Dec. 30 - Garage - Glasgow, UK

THE ALMIGHTY's current lineup includes Ricky Warwick (vocals, guitar),Pete Friesen (guitars),Floyd London (bass) and Stumpy Monroe (drums).
